The Indiana Medicaid Program Covers:

The IHCP aged, blind and disabled population is served through the managed care Medicaid Select program.  The program operates through a primary care case management system.  Medicaid Select members are linked to a Medicaid Select-enrolled PMP, who provides and arranges for most of the members' medical care.  Services are reimbursed on a fee-for-service basis.  Physicians of any specialty can apply (through the State's managed care enrollment broker) to serve as a primary medical provider for Medicaid Select members by completing an addendum to their IHCP enrollment agreement.

As with other IHCP programs, eligibility and coverage is based on the member's aid category.  Primary member exclusions include eligible individuals who are institutionalized or whose eligibility is determined by the spend-down process.
